Sri Lankan Treasuries yields ease

ECONOMYNEXT – Yields on Sri Lankan Treasury Bills eased at Tuesday’s auction, with the 03-month bill yield down 01 basis point to 9.60 percent from last week, the public debt department of the Central Bank said.
The yield on the 06-month bill fell 01 basis point to 10.34 percent at the auction, while the 01-year bill yield fell 10 basis points to 10.61 percent from 10.71 percent last week, a statement said.
The debt office got bonds worth 73 billion rupees and accepted bids worth 29 billion rupees.
