ABB India wins Rs1.4bn Sri Lanka power substation deal

ECONOMNEXT – ABB India Limited has a won 1.434.11 million rupee deal to improve and build a grid substation for Sri Lanka’s state-run Ceylon Electricity Board.
The substation will be built in Biyagama, near a large industrial zone in Sri Lanka, the state information office said.
The cabinet of ministers had approved the award of the contract to ABB India Limited on April 24.
