Kurunegala was never positioned as a tourism hotspot despite its rich history, vibrant community, and substantial growth. Consequently, it remained in the shadows. It developed quietly and independently until the inception of plans for a Central Expressway caught our attention.
In 2015, we directed our focus towards this prospect. As a company, we invested in extensive research to comprehend the impact of Transport-Oriented Developments on real estate markets in various countries and regions. We delved into both success stories and failures, identifying recurring patterns.
