List of outlets delivering food, medicines in Sri Lanka during COVID-19 curfew
With the COVID-19 outbreak showing no signs of relenting and the government-imposed curfew continuing indefinitely in the high-risk districts of Colombo, Gampaha and Kaluthara, Sri Lanka’s state and private sector have organised delivery operations for food and other essentials.
The following is a list of options to choose from.
Medicine and healthcare
If you need medicine delivered to your doorstep, the ministry of health has identified a list of pharmacies that will do so. A health ministry statement said payment can be made online or paid in cash on delivery.
Some 820 pharmacies island-wide are listed in this Google Doc.
The ministry said that in order to purchase drugs, a recently obtained prescription must be sent to the relevant pharmacy via WhatsApp, Viber or IMO. Pharmacies are expected to deliver drugs within 24 hours.

The Sri Lanka College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists (SLCOG), meanwhile, has opened a 24-hour hotline for pregnant women to call for any medical advice. The number is 0710301225.

Jagrofresh also delivers produce. WhatsApp your order to 0770386237 / 0773374498 between 8 am and 4 pm only.

Got my Saaraketha delivery, I guess they're working into the night. The veggies look beautiful. As a note, I've ordered stuff for weeks ahead and thus hopefully won't get hangry pic.twitter.com/6DCRSnhALW
