ECONOMYNEXT - A 24-member business delegation led by Ministry of Industry and Trade in Vietnam will visit Sri Lanka this month, the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce said.
Greater Mekong Sub-Region Business Council will organize a briefing session and business to business meeting on Friday August 11 at 9.00 am at the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce in Colombo.
Amongst the products delegates wish to promote in Sri Lanka are;
Firms involved in agricultural machinery, power generating equipment, cables, mineral products, cement, clinker, construction material, concrete protection materials, household appliances, marine gearboxes, motorcycle spare parts, non-woven fabrics and paper products would be coming.
Also in the delegation are companies in processed food and beverages, instant food, seafood and nutrition products.
The chamber is asking Sri Lankan companies interested in meeting to contact the chamber before August 09.
