Sri Lanka ex-foreign minister charged with corruption

COLOMBO (EconomyNext) – Sri Lanka’s bribery commission said it had taken Rohitha Bogollagama, a former minister to court over corruption charges.
The case was filed in Magistrate’s Court, Colombo and it will called on April 02, 2015, the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption said.
Bogollagama was foreign minister from 2007 to 2010 in the Rajapaksa administration but had earlier been associated with the United National Party.
