Sri Lanka PPP agency chief Thilan Wijesinghe at business forum
ECONOMYNEXT – Thilan Wijesinghe Chairman and acting Chief Executive of Sri Lanka’s newly set up agency for public private partnerships will speak at a forum organized by the Italy Business Council (SLITBC) of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce.
The breakfast forum will be on September 28, 2017.
Wijesinghe has earlier facilitated PPP transactions when he set up the Bureau for Infrastructure Investments at the Board of Investments in 1996.
The agency helped structure the South Asia Gateway Terminal at Colombo port, the first such project in South Asia, as well as power projects.
