ECONOMYNEXT- Sri Lanka rupee quoted narrower at 199.90/205 levels in the one-month market on Tuesday while bond yields remained flat, dealers said.
Rupee closed on Monday at 199/206 levels in one-month dollar.
In the secondary market, bond yields on the short end of the curve marginally down, dealers said.
Bonds maturing on 15.12.2022 was quoted flat at 5.85/95 per cent on Tuesday from Monday’s close.
Bonds maturing on 15.11.2023 was quoted at 6.45/55 per cent on Tuesday, down from 6.47/55 per cent on Monday.
Bonds maturing on 15.12.2024 was quoted at 6.35/90 per cent on Tuesday, slipping from 6.80/90 per cent on Monday.
A bond maturing on 01.05.2025 was quoted at 7.00/20 per cent on Tuesday, down from 7.10/35 per cent on Monday.
A bond maturing on 01.02.2026 was quoted at 7.40/50 per cent on Tuesday, steady from 7.40/55 per cent on Monday.
A bond maturing on 15.10.2027 was quoted at 7.75/95 per cent on Tuesday, down from 7.70/95 per cent on Monday.
