ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s services exports were estimated to have reached 313.22 millon US dollars, the island’s export promotion office said.
The exports were up 42.2 percent from January 2021, the Sri Lanka Export Development Board said, making last January’s service exports about 220 million US dollars.
The services exports estimated by EDB is made up of ICT, construction, financial services transport and logistics.
The data however may be revised.
The EDB said in January 2021, that services exports were provisionally estimated at 353.98 million US dollars. (Colombo/Feb24/2022)
