Sri Lanka stocks close marginally higher
ECONOMYNEXT- Sri Lanka stocks closed 0.08 percent higher on Thursday, provisional data showed.
The Colombo All Share Price Share Index (ASPI) gained 4.85 points to 5,814.44 and the S&P SL20 index of more liquid stocks rose 0.35 percent or 10.04 points to 2,872.09.
The market turnover was 1.12 billion rupees with 88 stocks gaining and 61 falling.
Dialog Axiata gained 10 cents to 10.80 rupees per share contributing most to the gain of the ASPI.
Commercial Leasing and Finance was up 10 cents to 3.10 rupees per share and On’Ally Holdings gained 6.40 rupees to 39.90 per share, also contributing to the ASPI.
