ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s Treasuries yield were flat at Wednesday’s auction with 3-month bids being rejected, data from the state debt office showed.
The debt office sold 3.1 billion rupees of 3-month bills, at 8.02 percent, unchanged from a week earlier, after offering 9.0 billion rupees of bills at the auction.
The debt office sold 21.85 billion rupees of 12-month bills at 8.45 percent also unchanged, after taking less of 6-month bills and rejecting 3-month bills.
The debt office offered 25 billion rupees of bills and sold 25 billion rupees of bills. (Colombo/Jan01/2019)
