Sri Lankaâ€™s 01-year Treasuries yield falls to 10.39-pct
ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s one-year Treasury bill yield fell five basis points to 10.39 at an auction Tuesday, reversing the trend of sharp hikes in recent auctions, data from the state debt office showed.
The debt office, which is a unit of the central bank, rejected bids for three-month bills while six-month bills were not offered.
It offered four billion rupees worth of 12-month bills, got bids of 26 billion rupees and accepted bids worth 7.5 billion rupees.
