Sri Lanka’s RR-Senok gets Rs5.3bn fishery harbour deal

ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka has awarded a 5.36 billion rupee contract to build a fishery harbour to a joint venture made up RR and Senok construction companies, the state information office said.
The fishery harbhour will be build in Gandara, Devinuwara in the Matara district.
The cabinet of ministers had approved a proposal by the fisheries minister to award the construction to RR-Senok joint venture.
The plan to build the fishery harbhour had been approved by the cabinet of ministers in July 2019.
