UAE and New Zealand envoys meet President
Envoys from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and New Zealand called on President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat yesterday (04), the President’s Media Division (PMD) said.
Upon meeting the President, Ambassador to Sri Lanka Ahmad Ali Al Mualla ensured the UAE’s commitment to further enhance bilateral relations between the two countries.
Al Mualla also commended Rajapaksa’s plan of action with a new vision and offered his assistance to make it a success, PMD said.
A New Zealand delegation led by High Commissioner to Sri Lanka Joanna Kempkers met the President later in the day.
According to the PMD, the delegation affirmed New Zealand’s commitment to enhance mutual benefits by further developing bilateral relations.
