ECONOMYNEXT – Dubai’s One Nature luxury hotel group will lease land near Sri Lanka’s south coast Yala nature reserve to build a resort with 28 chalets, the Cabinet office said.
The cabinet of ministers this week approved a proposal to give seven acres at Palatupana, Yala, to One Nature on a 50-year lease.
The Dubai luxury boutique hotel group offers nature-based adventure tourism and operates the Nyaruswiga Safari Camp in the Serengeti, Tanzania.
Another one, the Orangi River Safari Lodge, is under construction.
