Trump, a nationalist, has gone to court to stop counting in several states peddling conspiracy theories and has not conceded. Courts have already thrown out several cases.

Biden flipped (took back) Michigan and Wisconsin, former Democratic strongholds (Blue Wall states) which were taken by Trump in 2016.

Among the networks projecting a Biden win is Fox News, which helped promote the falsehoods that Trump uttered before and during his presidency.

Fact checkers have estimated the nationalist to have uttered over 25,000 falsehoods.

In the US, major networks ‘call’ or project states to have been won by a candidate long before the final result is certified by the Secretary of State.
