Jude Nilukshan appointed Director General of Sri Lanka’s National Budget
ECONOMYNEXT- Jude Nilukshan has been appointed the Director General of the National Budget Department, a statement from Sri Lanka’s Treasury said.
Nilukshan, who is a Grade One Sri Lanka Administrative Service Officer, was previously a Senior Assistant Secretary at the Cabinet Secretariat.
In the past he had worked as an Assistant Director and a Director at the National Budget Department and a Director at the Customs Department.
Nilukshan has obtained a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenapura and a Master’s in International Trade and Economic Cooperation from the Kyung Hee University in South Korea.
He is succeeding P B S C Nonis. (Colombo/Jan07/2019)
