Security beefed up at Sri Lanka’s Colombo airport

ECONOMYNEXT- Security at Sri Lanka’s main airport in Katunayake has been heightened following a series of explosions across the country, an Airport and Aviation Services official said.

"Security has been hightened at the airport," Airport Management Head H. S. Hettiarachchi said in a statement to privately-held MTV television network.
"There has been no disruptions to flights," he said.
