Sri Lanka cuts domestic LPG price by 8-pct
ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s consumer affairs authority has cut the price of a standard domestic liquefied petroleum gas cylinder by 138 rupees to 1,538 rupees, the finance ministry said.
The new price will take effect from mid-night on June 29.
In April 2018 Sri Lanka raised the price of an LPG cylinder by 17 percent to 1,676 rupees per 12.5 kilogram cyclinder.
