Sri Lanka power, lube regulator starts online complaint resolution process
ECONOMYNEXT – The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka said it had started an online complaints resolution process for electricity and lubricants consumers.
Customers could email firstname.lastname@example.org , message through www.facebook.com/pucsl or use whatsapp, Viber and IMO through the number 0770126253.
They could also visit the PUCSL website www.pucsl.gov.lk and make the complaint.
Consumers could also call 0112392607 or 0112392608 during weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
Industry representatives could call 0770126250 to inquire about the services and regulations related to the industries.
PUCSL asks the public or industry officials to make prior appoints before visiting the PUCL officers.
Appointments could be made by calling 0112392607 or 0112392608, emailing email@example.com or www.facebook.com/pucsl.
The PUCSL said will contact the person and resolve the issue or grant an appointment. (SB-Colombo/Jun01/2020)
