ECONOMYNEXT – Many numbers at Sri Lanka’s Dialog network are not contactable, customers said, while the firm’s helpline also could not be reached.
However, a Dialog customer service office in Colombo told walk-in customers that there was a network issue that was being fixed.
Dialog is Sri Lanka’s largest mobile telecom firm.
Sri Lanka’s Telecom Regulatory Commission was also unable to provide any answers, though an official referred inquries to 1900, which was not answered.
Most numbers were working by 6.00 p.m., customer said.
