Sri Lanka’s Expolanka unit sued by US logistics firm
ECONOMYNEXT – RCS Logistics, a New Jersey USA based firm said it had sued a New York based unit of Sri Lanka-based Expolanka Holdings Plc after it hired dozens of workers from the American firm.

RCS alleged that Expolanka USA had ‘raided’ 50 workers from RCS.
RCS has also named in the lawsuit several workers "who resigned en masse in June to join Expolanka," which they alleged was a wrongful act, the statement said.
