Sri Lanka’s Land Rover agency to seek listing
ECONOMYNEXT – SML Frontier Automotive (Private) Limited, which holds the agency for Land Rover in Sri Lanka is planning a stock exchange listing, its parent has said.
SML Frontier is 50 percent owned by listed Sathosa Motors Plc, which is a unit of Colombo-base Access group.
Access Engineering Chairman Sumal Perera told shareholders that the SML Frontier is likely to seek a listing before November 2016.
The firm had shown ‘fair performance’ he said.
