Sri Lanka’s Litro Gas awards LGP deal to Oman
ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s state-run Litro Gas has awarded a 350,000 metric tonne liquefied petroleum gas deal to Oman Trading International Ltd.
The contract had been awarded by a cabinet-appointed procurement committee.
The cabinet of ministers had approved the proposal by Finance Minister Mangala Samaraweera to award the contract to Oman Trading International.
Litro Gas is a unit of Sri Lanka Insurance Corporation, a state-run insurer. (Colombo/Feb10/2019 – SB)
