Sri Lanka’s LOLC plans US$150mn Singapore listed bonds

ECONOMYNEXT – Sri Lanka’s LOLC group, which has interests in financial services and hotels, said it was planning to sell $150 million or 175 million Singapore dollars of medium-term bonds.
The bonds will be listed in the Singapore stock exchange, the firm said in a regulatory filing in Colombo.
The firm said Sri Lanka’s central bank had already approved the proposal and it was awaiting the go ahead from the Securities and Exchange Commission.
